1 dead, 5 injured in downtown Seattle shooting

A mass shooting has left one dead and five injured in downtown Seattle. Police said the shooting happened on Wednesday near the busy shopping intersection of Third Avenue and Pine.

At least six people, including a child, were shot. One of those victims has died. The other victims are being treated for their injuries.

It’s unclear what prompted the shooting, but a massive manhunt is currently underway for a male gunman.

Sources said there may have been a second shooter involved, but these reports have yet to be confirmed by local authorities.
