Members of the House Freedom Caucus are emerging as President Trump’s main defenders in the sham impeachment inquiry.
Congressman Mark Meadows (R-NC) told loser Democrat Eric Swalwell to “shut up” during Alexander Vindman’s closed-door impeachment deposition.
Swalwell, who dropped out of the presidential election over the summer because he was polling at zero, got put in his place by Meadows.
“Hey Mr. Meadows, he’s the Chairman. He finishes,” Swalwell said according to the transcript of Vindman’s deposition which was released on Friday.
The Chairman allowed Meadows to continue, however Swalwell interjected and said, “He’s the Chairman. He finishes.
Meadows wasn’t having it and told Swalwell to “Shut up.”
This is precisely why GOP Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy moved Jim Jordan over to the House Intelligence Panel to counter-punch the Democrats next week during the public hearings.
McCarthy wanted to move Meadows, Jordan and Zeldin over to the House Intel panel, bus so far only Jim Jordan (R-OH) was approved.
