How orders reach us. The order and contact forms on this website open WhatsApp or your email app with your message already written. Nothing is stored on this website's servers. Your cart is saved only in your own browser so it is still there when you return, and you can clear it at any time.
Third parties. Your messages travel through WhatsApp or your email provider, which have their own privacy policies. This website also loads fonts and icons from third-party content networks.

Who we are. PrimeRising is an authorized independent distributor of NeoLife (GNLD) products in Nigeria, with offices in Ogbomoso (Oyo State), Benin City (Edo State) and Ede (Osun State), and delivery across Nigeria and beyond.
Prices and availability. Prices are in Nigerian Naira and are shown as a guide. We confirm current price, availability and delivery cost with you on WhatsApp before you pay. A product in your cart is not reserved until we confirm your order.
Delivery. We deliver across Nigeria and beyond. Delivery cost and time depend on your location and are confirmed when we confirm your order. Free delivery applies where a product page says so.
Payment. Payment details are given to you directly by us on WhatsApp once your order is confirmed. Please do not pay anyone who contacts you from a different number.
Problems with an order. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you receive it, with a photo, and we will work with you to resolve it. Our full delivery and returns policy explains the details.
