If you have heard people talk about "GNLD products" and "NeoLife products" and wondered whether they are different, here is the simple answer.
GNLD and NeoLife are the same company. GNLD is the old name, and NeoLife is the current name. Many Nigerians still say "GNLD" out of habit.
What does GNLD stand for?
GNLD stands for Golden Neo-Life Diamite International. The name came from the early brands that came together to form the company, namely Golden Products, NeoLife and Diamite. Over time the company dropped the GNLD name and now trades as NeoLife International.
A short history
NeoLife says it has been building whole-food nutrition products since 1958, and it now operates in more than 50 countries through independent distributors. In Nigeria, the brand became widely known under the GNLD name, which is why the name stuck. You can browse the current product range through Coach Oluwatosin's NeoLife store.
Are GNLD products and NeoLife products the same?
The products you can buy today are sold under the NeoLife name. When people ask for GNLD products they almost always mean the NeoLife range, for example Aloe Vera Plus, Tre-en-en, Formula IV Plus, Carotenoid Complex or Ami-Tone. A few older packs may still carry GNLD labelling, so always check the expiry date and batch number and buy from a verified distributor.
Is GNLD still operating?
Yes, but under the NeoLife International name. If someone tells you GNLD "closed down", they usually mean the old brand name was replaced, not that the products disappeared.
Where can I buy GNLD or NeoLife products in Nigeria?
